1. The Promoter

2. The Giveaway
2.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all promotional giveaways (“Giveaways”) listed on www.dacicgiveaway.com (“Website”). This includes:

Standard skill-based giveaways (“Standard Giveaways”);

Instant reveal giveaways (“Instant Giveaways”).
2.2. If there is any conflict between these T&Cs and other Website content, these T&Cs prevail.
2.3. To participate, each entrant (“Entrant”) must correctly answer a skill-based question or complete a simple task (“Giveaway Question”).
2.4. All Giveaways require a Giveaway Question to be answered. An optional entry purchase is available, but a free entry route is always provided.

3. How to Enter
3.1. Each Giveaway has an Opening and Closing Date shown on the Website.
3.2. Dates may change if necessary; any change will be posted on the Website.
3.3. Entries after the Closing Date will not be counted.
3.4. The maximum number of entries per Giveaway is shown on the Giveaway page.
3.5. Entry limits per person are shown in each listing.
3.6. Paid entry route for Standard Giveaways:
(a) Visit the Website and select the Giveaway;
(b) Answer the Giveaway Question;
(c) Choose number of entries;
(d) Log in or register;
(e) Agree to T&Cs and complete payment.
3.7. Paid entry route for Instant Giveaways:
(a) Follow steps above; in some cases no question is required if clearly stated.
3.8. Payment processors may apply age or residency limits.
3.9. Email confirmation will be sent after entry.
3.10. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted entries.
3.11. By entering, you confirm eligibility and acceptance of these T&Cs.

(b) No hand-delivered entries;
(c) Must include:

Giveaway title;

Full name;

Date of birth;

Full address;

Telephone number and email;

Answer to the Giveaway Question.
(d) One entry per envelope; bulk entries not accepted;
(e) Postal entries must arrive before the Closing Date;
(f) Late entries may be credited for future use if still available;
(g) Entrants must create an online account before submitting free entries;
(h) Postage costs cannot be reimbursed but may be credited proportionally where applicable.

4. Choosing a Recipient
4.1. For Standard Giveaways, a draw from all correct entries will determine the recipient (“Winner”).
4.2. The draw takes place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.3. Name and entry number may be shown in a results list; entrants may opt out by email 48 hours before the draw.
4.4. For Instant Giveaways, results are based on pre-assigned winning numbers allocated at entry.
4.5. Instant Giveaway results are displayed on the Giveaway page and confirmed by email.

5. Website Credit
5.1. Credit may be offered as a reward or prize alternative.
5.2. Some prizes may be converted into credit if stated.
5.3. Sharing testimonials or photos may be rewarded with credit.
5.4. Credit expires after 12 months.
5.5. Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

6. Eligibility
6.1. Open only to individuals aged 18+.
6.2. Not open to employees, contractors, or affiliates of the Promoter.
6.3. Proof of eligibility may be requested.
6.4. Invalid entries include:

Automated entries;

Incomplete or incorrect information.
6.5. Unfair or dishonest behaviour may result in disqualification.
6.6. No refunds for ineligible or disqualified entries.
6.7. Fraud or tampering will void entries and may block future participation.

7. The Prize
7.1. Prize details are shown on the Website.
7.2. If a prize becomes unavailable, a similar or greater value replacement will be provided.
7.3. The Promoter does not guarantee the market value, quality, or suitability of prizes.
7.4. No cash alternatives unless stated.
7.5. Prizes are non-transferable.
7.6. Vehicle prizes:

Delivered with valid MOT (if applicable);

Insurance and tax not included;

Winner must ensure safe and legal use;

No liability after transfer.
7.7. Holiday or event prizes:

Subject to travel rules and restrictions;

Travel insurance, transfers, meals, and expenses not included unless stated;

Some prizes may include cash supplements.

8. Winners
8.1. The Promoter’s decision is final.
8.2. Standard Giveaway winners are contacted within 7 days of the draw.
8.3. Instant Giveaway winners are contacted within 48 hours.
8.4. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim, another eligible entrant may be selected.
8.5. Names and entry numbers may be published; objections must be made in advance.
8.6. Prizes may be forfeited if eligibility or compliance is not met.

9. Claiming the Prize
9.1. Prizes must be claimed by the named winner.
9.2. Winners must keep their contact details up to date.
9.3. Cash prizes are transferred to a verified UK bank account.
9.4. Prizes not claimed within 14 days may be forfeited.
9.5. The Promoter is not responsible if the winner cannot or does not accept the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Promoter is not liable for loss, injury, or damage unless caused by negligence.

Entry loss or tampering;

Technical issues;

Issues from use of the prize.
